If you don’t book the flight arranged for your group:

1. We charge a 200USD fee. In some rare cases, we can waive part or all of this fee. If you aren’t one of those cases detailed below, then we cannot waive this fee for you.
2. You need to get your flight approved by the Admissions team at least 35 days before the group flight departs. Don’t book until you get approval.
3. If you arrive and/or depart at a different time from the group, there may be additional transport and housing fees - up to several hundred dollars. You may also be required to follow specific rules for your own safety. Read the sections below that apply to you.
